What is Sealcoating?

Seal coating is a liquid applied to asphalt to protect it from harmful UV rays/oxidation, traffic, gas and oil, and surface water. This preservation process extends the longevity of your asphalt. Other benefits of sealcoating provide a smooth and uniform appearance to enhance curb appeal.

Application Process

We begin by cleaning and preparing the pavement surface. Once the pavement is ready and with the right weather conditions, we apply the high-grade spray coat sealant. This process is quick and efficient to keep your business operational without down-time.

The sealcoat needs at least 24 hours to curate before allowing traffic on the surface.
